Processing time will be delayed. We’ll make sure to notify you ASAP when your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
You can request cancel for a refund. We are keeping our updated return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIMES
FREE LOCAL SHIPPING on all orders over $150 (5 -10 business days upon order confirmation)
$5 - $20 Shipping fee for Standard Local Shipping (5 - 10 business days upon order confirmation)
$40 flat fee for Standard International Shipping (once shipped international transit times may vary by country)
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or PH). Once shipped, delivery time within the Singapore is 3-7 days and 7-14 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via EMS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from EMS to international mail carriers.
I AM A LOCAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?
Items shipped within Singapore are GST inclusive.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the Singapore are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by A2i Makeup Pte Ltd. Customs regulations in Singapore require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection. Item(s) must be returned sealed and the original condition.
We accept refund if the item(s) is out of stock or foresees any shipment delay. Rest assured that we will inform you at the earliest possible time.
I MADE A WRONG PURCHASE; HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER?
Cancellation or amendment(s) on order(s) will be accepted within 24 hours from point of purchase. Once order(s) have been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend the order. Kindly submit change-of-order request via email email@example.com or whatsapp (65) 9004-4378.
I Received defective/wrong product or missing item.
Kindly inform us within 24 hour, from point of receipt, of the defective/wrong product received. We will process your refund upon verification.
